Mr. Rafter’s career has been made living on the fault line of large scale global change. As owner of Business Change Leadership, Mr. Rafter engages clients to assist them with navigating strategic, delivery, leadership, and turn around challenges. Through these experiences he has consulted and delivered within Fortune 50 companies across multiple industries around the world.

In addition to leading Business Change Leadership, Mr. Rafter has instructed organizational change leadership for Saint Joseph’s University Haub School of Business Graduate Program and frequently speaks publicly on transformational topics including change management, project delivery, outsourcing, and other contemporary global challenges. Mr. Rafter is also an active member of multiple industry councils and local community leadership boards.

Mr. Rafter, Jr. brings a legacy of experience and accomplishments over his 40 year professional career. Having served in executive positions for Global 1000 companies, he utilizes his industry experience to formulate and execute major policies, programs, and objectives to promote and ensure growth. In his leadership positions, Mr. Rafter fosters an achievement-oriented culture based on continuous learning principles where the team is motivated and challenged.

During multiple successful interim executive assignments, Mr. Rafter excelled at delivering the intellectual capital, guidance, and leadership for the transformation of two major organizations from a purely functional /stove pipe structure to a process driven culture resulting in improved organizations performance and service measurement capability.
